If you’re unfamiliar with the term spec home, you are not alone. Spec is short for a speculative home and it is built by someone to sell, only with no buyer in place. These pre-built residences offer a unique proposition, creating the convenience of a move-in-ready luxury property with all of the design decisions made by someone else, in my case, by myself and my design team.

Over the past 2 years I’ve been working from design to move-in on a beautiful English inspired spec home in Midway, Utah. The end result is so amazing it even takes my breath away when I walk in the front door. I’m happy to say that it will be on the market shortly.

Designed with the past in mind while using modern techniques and elements, our English Manor has a timeless feel about it that will stand the test of time. Tall ceilings, multiple custom fireplaces, and natural wood features make it a place that feels like home the minute you walk in. The main level has been furnished, with hand-picked elements that I personally selected.
